wow…the weather was crazy this weekend. It started with not ending lightning and rumbling on Saturday night and ended yesterday with a reported Tornado touchdown somewhere in Charleston. Just don’t know if it’s luck or bad luck that i missed it. Well at least there was some action going on :) Seeing forward for the hurricane season :)

Saturday was the Air Force Air Show here in Charleston. It took me almost two and a half hours to get there. After I spent over one hour in traffic jam due to the Air Show and did not even come 500m far, so I dumped the car outside the base and walked the rest. Well, haven’t thought that the base is that big. But otherwise I would have spent the whole day in this damn traffic jam. …
What really sucks, is that the battery of my lovely camera died just after a couple of shots. Man, was I pissed!!! I still tried to get some shots with my phone, but it’s hard to catch jet’s in action with the speed of a phone camera. I hope some pic’s are still worth it to look at.
At least the weather was on my side, it was such a gorgeous day, so gorgeous that I still look like, I have spent to much time at the tanning studio :)

You guys wanna come paintballing? Hell yeah, why not! So we spent the sunday on the Paintball ground in Charleston. I think we had all our fun, even if some lil’ suckers shot us. I mean, it’s hard to hit somebody, if he got the size of a 6 year old kid.

ordered yesterday finally a 50mm lens for my camera, also got a new tripod from the photo shop. Taking pictures with the old one, was sometimes just a pain in the ass, so I thought to invest some into this point. Also thinking about to get a 10mm lens and ordering a flash in the next weeks.
Well, it’s weekend. Just got back from work, bloody tired! On the schedule for tonite is our weekly Saturday nite bar and club tour thru Charleston downtown. Hope I can do a snooze before…
While I’m posting these, there is an enormous storm outside, so no beach for today. Hopefully the weather will turn by tomorrow, or my plan to make a call on Savannah will fall trough.
